esg: social responcibility

in past years, we launched several initiatives in different parts of the world to benefit local communities. In 2018, we decided to leverage ALE’s strengths to enrich our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

Our fundraising program is employee-led, voluntary and strongly supported by our executive management team. It is grounded in our code of conduct which is the cornerstone of ALE’s business ethics, integrity and compliance commitment, and in the协定, that to meet our strategic corporate objectives we also need to enhance and serve the communities where employees, partners and customers live and work.

Our annual ALE Values Day encourages fundraising and donations by ALE employees with matching donations made by the company. We also offer access to our communication technology and seek alternative methods to provide support, in alignment with our programme governance.

Our commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability is evident in our actions and initiatives aimed at benefiting local communities. We recognize the importance of social responsibility in business and strive to integrate it into our operations. By embracing business and social responsibility, we aim to create positive impacts beyond financial gains. at ale, we are committed to sustainability and social responsibility, recognizing the interconnectedness of social and environmental responsibility.

mercy ships는 호텔업, 의료업,  운송업및 교육이 핵심적인 전문 분야인 ALE와 분명하게 어울리는 조직입니다. 통신과 네트워크는 mercy ships가  프로그램을 이행하고 환자 개개인에게 최고 수준의 치료 服务를 제공하고 선상에서 학생들에게 필요한 사항을 지원하는 데 중요한 요인입니다.선상에는 이미 Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise의 여러 제품이 설치되어 있습니다.

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise는 2018년부터 기업의 사회적 책임 프로그램의 일환으로 mercy ships를 지원하고 있습니다. mercy ships는 안전한 의료 服务를 거의 받지 못하는 사람들에게 무료 수술 및 기타 의료 服务를 제공하는 병원선을 운영합니다. mercy ships는 로컬 合作伙伴와 협력하여 현지 의료 전문가에게 교육을 제공하고 로컬 의료 인프라 구축을 지원하여 지속적인 영향을 미칩니다.

매년 열리는 ALE 밸류 데이는 ALE 직원들의 기금 모금과 기부를 장려하며, 회사도 이에 상응하는 금액을 기부합니다.

Qhubeka (#Qhubeka)는 남아프리카의 자선 단체로 자전거를 이용해 사람들을 앞으로 나아가게 합니다. 사람들은 프로그램을 통해 자전거를 얻고, 학교, 진료소 및 일하는 곳에 대한 접근성이 향상됩니다.

자전거는 사람들이 더 빠르고 더 멀리 여행할 수 있도록 하고 더 많이 운반할 수 있도록 도와주는 수단입니다. 극심한 빈곤에 직면해 있는 상황에서 자전거는 가장 기본적인 수준에서 사회경제적 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주어 삶을 변화시킬 수 있습니다. "손"은 모든 Qhubeka 자전거가 Qhubeka 수혜자에게 도움의 손길임을 상기시켜줍니다. 自行车象征着改变生活的力量. Qhubeka를 지원하여 어린이들이 교육을 받을 수 있도록 돕고 남아프리카 공화국에서 기술 개발 및 일자리 창출을 지원합니다.

Qhubeka는 '진행하다', '앞으로 나아가다'를 의미하는 응구니족 단어입니다. 자전거는 사람들이 앞으로 나아가고 사람들의 삶을 변화시키는 데 도움이 됩니다. 또한 접근 가능하고 신뢰할 수 있으며 저렴한 형태의 개인 운송 수단입니다. 자선 단체에서 운영하는 프로그램에는 돈을 벌기 위해 배우기, 벌기 위해 일하기, 건강, 지역사회 안전이 포함됩니다.
